Day 1 Arrival in Delhi.

On your arrival at the Delhi Airport, get welcomed by our tour representative. You will have an assisted transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and unwind yourself. The rest of the day is at your leisure. You can explore the surrounding on your own.

Day 2Delhi Sightseeing

On the 2nd day of the tour, savor the delicious breakfast and embark on the sightseeing tour. Delhi is the national capital and has a certain charm, be it their politics or historical marvels. This city catches the attention of many people who come to visit India. Whether it be for work or leisure. Delhi was once ruled by many dynasties, thus, you get to see many historical attractions each reflecting their grandiose architecture. Throughout the sightseeing, you will be covering attractions in Old and New Delhi like Qutub Minar, Raj Ghat, Red Fort, and many more. Qutub Minar was built in 1192 and it is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites which stands at the height of 73 meters. It is India’s pride and is known to be the highest tower in India. This architectural marvel is constructed with red sandstone. In later years, the remaining two floors were completed by his successor, Iltutmish.

Red Fort is another marvelous attraction that once served as a residence of the royal family for over 200 years. The construction of this World Heritage Site was commissioned in the year 1648 which is also built of red sandstone. This fortified fort was also called Shahjahanabad, which was the capital of India. Today, this place hosts an important event like the celebration of India’s Independence Day. You can also experience the cycle rickshaw ride along the lanes of Old Delhi in places like Khari Baoli, Chawri Bazaar, Chandni Chowk, Nai Sarak etc. Here, you can find many shops selling goods one better than the other like clothes, wedding cards, decorative items, books, wedding garments, spices, household items, imitation, and precious jewelry.

Day 3Delhi

On the 3rd day of the tour, you will visit some of the capital’s popular shopping markets like the centrally located Connaught Place where the majority of local people gather to hang out and the vibrant Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi. You can explore small and big shops along with the narrow colorful lanes. Apart from Old Delhi, there are other markets also where you can shop and eat delicious food in Dilli Haat, Karol Bagh, Sarojini Nagar, and Khan Market.

These markets are famous for traditional dresses, antique jewelry, home décor, Sarees, traditional footwear, electronic gadgets, and many more. You can buy some souvenirs for your loved ones..

Day 4Delhi - Agra

Enjoy the breakfast on the 4th day of the tour and check out from the hotel. Head towards Agra which is situated at 233 km and it will take 4 hours to reach. Agra is an ancient city that comprises some of the most magnificent monuments and among them, the Taj Mahal is one of them. Agra is located on the bank of River Yamuna and is renowned for two other heritage sites Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. This city is the perfect place to get a glimpse of the Mughal culture.

On arrival in Agra, you will have an assisted check-in at the luxury hotel. Freshen up and relax for a while. Later, you will head up for the sightseeing tour of the city including the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri, and Sikandra.

Taj Mahal is an epitome of love adorned in white marble commissioned in 1632 by Shah Jahan, the Mughal Emperor in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The completion of this mausoleum took over 22 years. It brilliantly displays intricate works of Islamic, Ottoman Turkish, Mughal, Indian, and Persian style of architecture. Agra Fort, on the other hand, was constructed by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century and was later completed by Emperor Shah Jahan. The entire fort complex is built in red sandstone and it houses several courtyards, palaces, halls, mosques, and gardens.

Later, there is also an option to go for a walk in Kachhpura Village. It is an ancient Mughal village which is located near the Taj Mahal. There are lesser-known tourist attractions such as the Humayun’s Mosque and the Baoli. Gyarah Sidhi is carved from a single stone located on the banks of River Yamuna. During the walking tour, you can explore the local lifestyle and the daily work life of the villagers. You can also enjoy visiting the garden behind Taj Mahal, Mehtab Bagh. From here, you will get an absolutely stunning panoramic view of the Taj and the brilliant sunset.

Day 5Agra - Ranthambore National Park

On the 5th day of the Rajasthan tour package, you will check out from the hotel and head towards Ranthambore. En route, you will halt at Fatehpur Sikri which is situated 40 km from Agra. It is another World Heritage-listed site in Agra. Fatehpur Sikri is another architectural wonder built by Emperor Akbar in the honor of Sufi Saint Salim Chishti. The walled city was constructed between 1571 and 1585, and it was the Mughal capital for more than 10 years. Explore this walled city which comprises an array of monuments like Jodha Bai Palace, Jama Masjid, Buland Darwaza, Diwan-e-Am, Diwan-e-Khas, Panch Mahal, Tomb of Salim Chishti and more.

Later, continue your journey to Ranthambore which is renowned for the Ranthambore National Park which was the former hunting ground for the Maharajas of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The national park is famed for a wide collection of big cats and various other flora and fauna. This national park usually opens its gate to wildlife enthusiasts between October 1st and June 30th. It offers various safaris like jeep and canter through which you can explore the dense forest of Vindhyan and Aravalli hill ranges. The wildlife reserve covers over 392 sq. km of area.

Day 6Ranthambore National Park

On the 6th day of the tour, you will get opportunities to enjoy the jungle safaris, one in the morning and another in the afternoon.

While indulging in a wildlife safari, you can spot different wild animals roaming freely in their natural habitats such as Tigers, Nilgai, Common Palm Civets, Chital, Common Langurs, Jungle Cats, Leopards, Striped Hyenas, Cobras, Indian False Vampires, Indian Flying Foxes, India Mole rats, Saw-scaled Vipers, Banded Kraits, Common Mongoose, and Rat Snakes. Ranthambore National Park is also famous for bird watching as it receives more than 272 avifauna species annually, these include both the migratory and local birds. Make sure to keep your eyes open to get a sight of Flamingos, Common Kingfishers, Cuckoo-Shrikes, Greylag Goose, Indian Common Kingfishers, Gray Hornbills, Wood Shrikes, Great Crested Grebe, Sparrows, Nightjars, Flycatchers, Pigeon, Mynas, Bulbul, Dove, and Egrets.

Within the reserve premises, you can also find a UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Ranthambore Fort. This lovely structure stands around 700 feet above the ground and it dates back to the 10th century. The fort consists of 3 temples that are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Ram.

Day 7Ranthambore - Jaipur

After savoring the breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and head towards Jaipur. The capital city of Rajasthan is the largest in the state and was founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh back in the 18th-century. The destination is widely visited by foreign tourists all year round and the historical forts and palaces are the major crowd pullers.

On arrival in the city, you can check in the hotel and rest for the day. The day is at your leisure. You can indulge in various activities by visiting popular markets like M.I Road, Bapu Bazar, and Kishanpole Bazar in the evening. Day 8Jaipur

On the 8th day of the Rajasthan tour, savor the delicious breakfast and then embark on the sightseeing tour of the city which includes some of Jaipur’s best attractions like Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Palace of the Winds or Hawa Mahal.

Amber Fort is located at a distance of around 11 kilometers from the main city on a hilltop. The iconic structure was built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh I. The beautiful fort showcases an amazing blend of architectural elements of Hindu, Muslim and Rajput style. It consists of many structures like Tripolia Gate, Ganesh Pol, Sila Devi Temple, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Mandir, Man Singh Palace, and more. This fort comes under the World Heritage Site.

Next, you will visit a famous landmark, the Hawa Mahal. This place is extremely popular for its intricate design and unique honeycomb-like architecture. Constructed in sandstone, this palace has 953 small windows known as Jharokhas from where the royal ladies get to see the hustle-bustle of the city without the public seeing them. This 1799 built five-story structure was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. Out of the five-story building, the bottom two have a courtyard and the top three have single rooms.

You will also be taken to a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jantar Mantar. This is an observatory constructed in the first half of the 18th-century. It contains 20 prime fixed astronomical instruments made of brick rubble, bronze, and plaster. It has the world’s largest stone sundial. Jantar Mantar was constructed by Rajput King Sawai Jai Singh and it is one of the well-maintained observatories across India.

Day 9Jaipur - Samode

After freshening up, you can check out and drive to Samode, a small village located near Jaipur. Day 10Samode - Nimaj

Savor the breakfast in the morning and then you will be driven to another small village of Nimaj which is close to a place called Pali in central Rajasthan. Nimaj is best known for its handicraft. This place was also the hunting ground for the Royals which now has been turned into a reservoir.

After arriving at Nimaj you can check in the resort and later after refreshing, you can explore the village on your own. Day 11Nimaj

Day 12Nimaj - Udaipur

On day 12 of your complete Rajasthan tour, you will be driven to a beautiful city of Udaipur or better known as the ‘City of Lakes’ and ‘Venice of the East’. Encompassed by Aravalli Hills, Udaipur is dotted with natural beauty, scenic landscapes, breathtaking architecture, exquisite monuments, and ancient temples. This town is snuggled in the valley which is surrounded by four lakes. The charm of this place lures a large number of tourists from all over the world.

Day 13Udaipur

Later on, you will be taken to visit a couple of main attractions in Udaipur like City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari, Lake Palace, Jagdish temple, and Jag Mandir. The City Palace was built in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh II and was deemed as the capital of the Sisodia Rajput clan. This beautiful complex has a mix of different architectural elements like Mughal, Rajasthan, and European styles. It comprises 11 small palaces and various other structures inside the complex. As you wander inside while witnessing the interiors of the palace, you will come across beautiful artworks like in-lay work, semi-precious stones, carvings, murals, paintings, mirror work, and marble work.

Jagdish Temple is one of the famous temples in the whole of Udaipur and it is built in an Indo-Aryan style of architecture. This temple was built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651 and it is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Jagdish Temple is a three-story building in height and it is the biggest in the city with beautifully carved stone works and massive dome structure. The idol is said to have been made using a single piece of black stone.

Day 14Udaipur - Jodhpur

Jodhpur is a beautiful city in Rajasthan and it is also called the ‘Sun City’. The rest of the day, you can enjoy at leisure or explore the city on your own. Jodhpur is the second-largest city in Rajasthan and it has a majestic fort that offers a striking landscape of the blue dotted houses and a wide expanse of the Thar. Besides, it houses many temples and palaces. This was formerly the capital state of the Marwar replacing the old capital of Mandore. It was established in 1459 by a chief of the Rathore clan, Rao Jodha. Today, the remains of the ancient capital can be seen as Mandore Gardens. Jodhpur is also known as the ‘Blue City’ because of the blue-painted houses in the older part of the city.

Day 15Jodhpur

Savor breakfast and then you will head for the sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The city tour is packed with sightseeing of places like Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada, Mandore Garden, and Rai ka Bagh Palace.

Mehrangarh Fort is one of the largest forts in Rajasthan located at 150 m high on a hilltop. It was established in 1459 by Rao Jodha. Thick walls border the fort and its various attractions inside the complex. After you enter the main gate, Jaipol, you can find detailed carvings on the walls, pillars, and massive courtyards. This colossal structure is one of the best-preserved forts in India today. Mehrangarh Museum is an important attraction inside the fort which houses several collections of costumes, textiles, paintings, armors, costumes, and decorative items.

Jaswant Thada is an architectural masterpiece and a royal memorial of the Rathore clan. This place is located close to the Mehrangarh Fort. A popular site, Jaswant Thada was built in 1899 by Maharaja Sardar Singh dedicated to his father. You can see the detailed architectural style of Rajputana with white marble sheets and Chattris with latticework. You can check out the main memorial which looks like temples completed with frescos, domes, pillars, and sculptures.

Day 16Jodhpur - Jaisalmer

On the 16th day of the tour, after breakfast you will be driven to one of Rajasthan’s best cities, Jaisalmer also referred to as the ‘Golden City’. This city is famous for the expansive Thar Desert and the massive Jaisalmer Fort. Upon arrival at the city, you can check-in at the hotel and freshen up. The rest of the day you can do anything as per your will. You are free to explore the city on your own. You can check out the markets like Pansari Bazaar, Manak Chowk, Sadar Bazar, and Sonaron ka Bass. Here, you can find all sorts of items from mirror work to gems, wooden items, and even textiles. In the evening, you can visit small villages and interact with the locals. Later, you can also go for a camel safari to Sam Sand Dunes, one of the popular camel safari spots. Day 17Jaisalmer

In the morning, you can venture out for sightseeing around Jaisalmer and visit attractions like Jaisalmer Fort, Havelis like Patwon-ki-haveli, Nathmalji ki Haveli, Salim Singh ki haveli, along with Bada Bagh, and Gadsisar Lake.

Jaisalmer Fort is amongst the biggest in the world and it is also listed under UNESCO World Heritage Site. This majestic fort was completed in 1156 AD on the orders of Rajput Ruler, Rawal Jaisal. The bright yellow sandstone fort overlooks the city and the Thar. It consists of different architectural styles of Rajput and Mughal. Inside the complex, you can also find a Laxminath Temple. Other must-see places here are the four huge gateways, Ganesh Pol, Akshaya Pol, Suraj Pol, and Hawa Pol.

Patwon-ki-haveli, on the other hand, is the largest Havelis which took over 55 years to complete. The construction of the haveli was started by Guman Chand Patwa. The Havelis striking design and the gold shade glitters against the sun. You can find many Jharokhas (windows), wall paintings, stunning mirror work, and archways. It certainly is a beautiful work of art.

Day 18Jaisalmer - Bikaner

On the day 18th, you will check out from the hotel and drive to Bikaner. Make sure to keep your eyes open as the view between these two cities is breathtaking. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and spend the day at leisure. You can also visit local markets like Kote Gate, M.G. Road where you can get lovely souvenirs to carry back home. Items like miniature paintings, Bikaneri Bhujia, handicrafts, Kundan jewelry, and ethnic furniture are found abundantly. In the evening, you can also go for a camel safari to see the sunset.

Bikaner is the 5th largest city and was the capital of the state. Bikaner is less populated making it a calmer destination, perfect for those who want to enjoy a moment of peace. This city treasures many attractions like forts, palaces, and temples. Bikaner was founded in 1488 AD by Rao Bika Ji.

Day 19Bikaner

On the 19th day of the Rajasthan tour, you will visit for the sightseeing tour of the city after having breakfast. You can visit attractions like Junagarh Fort, Prachina Museum, Gajner Palace, Karni Mata Temple, Bhadreshwar Jain Temple to name a few.

Junagarh Fort is one of the few forts which has remained undefeated for more than five centuries. It was constructed by Raja Rai Singh between 1571 and 1612. Inside the fort, you can find a museum. You can find the fort to have two distinct structures, the older part of the fort is in yellow sandstone while the remaining part is covered in red sandstone. It was originally known as Chintamani and was later renamed as the Old Fort. Here, you can explore several structures like Karna Mahal and Phool Mahal.

Located approx. 30 kilometers away from Bikaner is Karni Mata Temple which is a popular Hindu Temple dedicated to Maa Karni Devi. This very temple is also known as the Temple of Rats. It is home to more than 2, 00,000 rats. The devotees from across the country come to seek blessings at this temple. The façade of the temple is adorned in white marble with silver doors. The statue of the Goddess Karni Mata sits gloriously at the throne.

Day 20Bikaner - Jodhpur Airport - New Delhi

This is the last day of the complete Rajasthan tour. After having breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and head towards Jodhpur airport from where you will board the flight for Delhi. Upon your arrival in Delhi, you will board the flight/ train for your onward journey.
